Frequently Asked Questions

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the scheduled activity.
50% refund for cancellations made 24–72 hours before the activity. This applies to guests who have paid in full online;
the remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows, including for guests who have paid in full online.

Activities operate in light rain and normal off-road conditions.
If the activity is cancelled by the operator due to severe weather or safety reasons, guests will be offered rescheduling or travel credit.
Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the operator’s discretion.

Drivers must be 16 years old or older. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, there is no minimum age for passengers on beginner routes (Mintangor, Kiau Taburi). They must wear helmets and harnesses, and be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Before trips depart, a 30-minute training session takes place at the ATV base.
